“The room was perfect! It was so clean!! The only reason I gave my stay 4 stars is because when I walked in the lobby, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. By the morning, it was gone. The lobby needs updating, but the room was great! The staff at night wasn’t as friendly as the morning staff, but all went well and I would stay there again if I’m in the area. It’s totally worth the price! ”

“Hotel worked for our needs. Breakfast had Lack of gluten free or dairy free items/or labeling for my son. Sink faucet in room took some force to operate. HVAC worked well.”

“Beautiful lodge. Wonderful place to stay. Grill had good breakfast sandwiches. Have to drive to go to other restaurants. Nothing close by. There are bikes to rent and walking trails. Otherwise not much to do. Great for relaxing. There are springs and a waterfall to go see around Eminence. Also places to take a float trip on the river. There are wild horses in the area but we didn’t see any. Overall great get away. Highly recommend.”

“Staff was not helpful. No remote in the room, went to the front desk and got one and it didn't work, finally just gave up. They didn't have the king bed room we reserved and gave us a handicap accessible double bed room and didn't say a word about it when checking in, when we asked about it later they blamed Expedia. The room was clean and the bed(s) were comfortable.”

“Breakfast is good. There is something for everyone. Staff is very polite, parking is good. The only drawback was that the pool is closed for Renovations. And it is next to I-44, which is easy to find, and convenient. ”

“The breakfast wasn't great. Eggs very wet and the sausage looked microwaved and to tough to cut w the butter knife. Hot tub worked but super small and shallow. ”

“Check in was easy. Property was easy to find and in a good location right next to the Columbia mall. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and worked well. No complaints. ”
